Contact messages
When you email us or submit a working contact form, we receive the information you choose to send. The form asks for your name, email address, optional subject and message. We use it to read and answer your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Please do not send medical records, financial documents or other sensitive information. We cannot give individual clinical or funding advice.
Contact emails are to be deleted after 12 months. A reply may pass through the email providers used by you and us. The published contact address uses Gmail. Cloudflare provides website and form security infrastructure and, when enabled, the message forwarding service.
Planner information
The planner does not require an account. Selections stay in browser memory while you fill out the planner. Copying a plan link puts those selections in its address. Opening that shared link sends its address to the hosting service and may leave a technical log; browser history may also retain it. Avoid adding names or other identifying details to a link.
Website security and preferences
Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to serve and protect the website. If the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, it checks submissions for abuse.
Cookie choices are stored in your browser. Read the cookie notice for details. Optional analytics is not configured at launch.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Email the address above so we can consider your request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
